Just What I Needed!

It’s like Allie is reading my mind about my worries. She’s a virtual girlfriend I can listen to and she helps me to take a breath and be ready to continue parenting. Just the dose f understanding and answers I need!

How do you manage your mind to avoid drama? I don't understand but i want to. You spend the entire podcast laughing and musing about adults creating drama but then do not explain the way to change things...it feels unfinished. Thank you.
