Moxley Pond has been a source of interest in this case since Colby Barrick dialed 911 from that location in March of 2014 eight months after Molly and Colt went missing. Doug Bishop, diver and investigator for Adventures with Purpose reveals what he experienced while diving Moxley Pond and gives his thoughts on the investigation. There has also been some headway in routing out some of the bad actors associated with the case. Joe Russell was removed from office and Conn Nipp was arrested for a second high speed chase. These have been small victories in exposing in this epic investigation. However, in order to find, catch, and prosecute the killers they will need the law to put them behind bars. Gary Henry was the district attorney for the 20th district of Oklahoma from 1995 to 1999, which covers Love and Carter County. Gary reveals some unique insight into the community and the legal landscape of Love County.

When Toby Thomas bought a 3000 acre ranch in Love County he had no idea that his property could possibly be a crime scene, but it didn't phase him at all. When most people would run away from that property Toby leaned in and hard. I don't agree that the evidence in the case handled by mr diggs was misplaced. It was possible murder case evidence. H didn't just stick it in his underwear drawers or in the closet. You don't just put murder evidence somewhere and then forget where you put it, misplace it or lose it! Not buying it!
