Educational and Fun!

Rocio’s podcasts are educational and fun to listen to. She has a real passion for Mexican gastronomy and culinary traditions that shine through her work. We also took her food tour of Puebla and it was such a joy. Worth every penny and then some. You will eat amazing food while learning all about its rich history and the history of Puebla.
