    Donut Quote Me!

    Donut Quote Me!

Today is the fourth and final of a four part series featuring some of my Fruity Friends from the produce aisle. The Fruit of the Spirit are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithful, gentleness and self-control. They are what God’s Spirit “grows” in us as we live for Him. So far we’ve met an Apple (who thought he was a banana), an Orange, some Bananas, a Watermelon and some grapes, but today’s story features a pear and a fruit, that I’m not sure really belongs in the produce aisle, but I’ll let you decide. Enjoy!

    Feeling Grape!

Today is the third of a four part series featuring some of my Fruity Friends from the produce aisle. I’m sure you’ve heard of the Fruit of the Spirit? There are nine Fruits of the Spirit and they are found in the Bble in Ephesians chapter 5, you know them: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithful, gentleness and self-control. These are characteristics that God’s Spirit produces in us, get it, “produces” – produces? Anyway, today’s story featured a giant Watermelon and a Bunch of Grapes talking about how we can make a difference in the world. Enjoy!

    An Old Smelly Banana?

    An Old Smelly Banana?

Today is the second of a four part series featuring some of my Fruity Friends from the produce aisle. Maybe you’ve heard of the Fruit of the Spirit? Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithful, gentleness and self-control. Maybe you’ve even learned a song to help you memorize those. Those are traits that God says we’ll grow when we allow His Spirit to live in us. Just as healthy trees produce good fruit, we should produce good fruit too! Today’s story features a fresh young banana and an old, brown kinda smelly old banana who, well, doesn’t have the best attitude anymore. I think you’ll agree that God is looking for fresh fruit. Enjoy!
