She joined True from Heidrick & Struggles where she was Partner-in-Charge of its San Francisco office and a member of its Financial Officers Practice, Global Technology Services Practice and Private Equity and Venture Practice. Prior to her career in executive search, Rhoda was head of investor relations at DoveBid and an equity research analyst at Montgomery Securities and Merrill Lynch.
Jen Holmstrom joined GGV in 2016 and leads the firm’s talent and recruiting efforts. To support founders as their companies scale, she created Founders+Leaders, a leadership development platform that provides training, mentorship, global network and more.
