As a college student and father, I couldn't afford an attorney and had to learn how to navigate the court system. I was initially awarded primary physical and sole legal custody of my son. Throughout the process, I won four appeals to the Supreme Court of Nevada, and was published on an original writ petition. I graduated and become a software engineer, and the court ultimately terminated my ex's parental rights. My choice of the name "The Proper Person" is a reflection of the designation before a court that a person representing themselves is appearing "in proper person" or in propria persona. I hope that by sharing my experiences with the court system I will be able to offer others help and guidance on what to expect.

Evangelist Mary K. Baxter was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and accepted Christ as her Savior at the age of nineteen. In 1976, while she was living in Belleville, Michigan, Jesus appeared to her in human form, in dreams, visions, and revelations. Mary was ordained as a minister in 1983 at the Full Gospel Church of God in Taylor, Michigan and received a Doctorate of Ministry from Faith Bible College, an affiliate of Oral Roberts University. The movement of the Holy Spirit is emphasized in all her services, and many miracles have occurred in them. Dr. Mary K. Baxter has been in full-time ministry for over thirty years. God commissioned Mary to record her experiences and tell others of the horrific depths, degrees, and torments of hell, as well as the wonderful destiny of heaven for the redeemed of Jesus Christ. There truly is a hell to shun and a heaven to gain!

They were hellions' at the home front, physically, mentally, emotionally, financially, sexually abusive to myself and my adopted father(s). Doing this interview intentionally on the 4th of July - Independence Day! Time for Men to Speak Up and Not Back Down and Make an Impact - that shifts this very present evil into getting Justice!
