Finally!

I was super excited to stumble across your podcast! I was diagnosed with PCOS and prescribed metformin about a year ago by a women's health physician. I was never really told what it was, I just assumed I was on the verge of diabetes because of the prescription.
This podcast is very informative. I understand now what type of eating plan I need to follow to regulate my blood sugar and reach my fitness goals. :)
