Peace and Centering Meditation and Rituals during time of uncertainty with Laura Swan The Amanda Sophia Podcast

    • Self-Improvement

Feeling overwhelmed and ungrounded?
This episode contains meditation, please do not attempt while driving. It contains writing exercises.
Dear sisters, there is strength in vulnerability. So many are struggling with these uncertain times. In this very special episode of the podcast I share a virtual goddess gathering that Laura J. Swan and I hosted on the Spring Equinox. We both felt strongly called to share our wisdom and to gather women together. In this two part series we offer our best tools to manage, exist and thrive during these times. Sisters, we have all been training and cultivated ourselves for this moment. We were made for these times.
