As a male living with a female, I get a lot of second hand experience to hormonal cycles and they are REAL. I am a big helper and doer, however, hormones are such a touchy subject and it is so hard to not project my thoughts (especially on this topic) and it’s so hard to know HOW I CAN HELP. This podcast is educational for me and my partner so we can be on the same page when it comes to her cycle and how she is feeling and best part HOW TO BE IN TUNE with both of our bodies.

I absolutely LOVE this podcast. You can tell Maddie is very passionate about all things health and hormones, and I have even implemented some of her guidance (seed cycling) into my life! However, I wish the sound quality was better! Some guests on the podcast cut in and out of hearing. Only mentioning this because I would love to hear more of what the guests are saying without it cutting out! T
