Relatable

Jeremy and Teach break things down to relatable content. More Tough Love days as they are the ones that reach out and slap me into reality.

As for the intro/outro, keep it!! As a Family Guy fan, I was already familiar with the song and have always liked it.

You guys are the best! Thank you sharing your knowledge and expertise.

Great Information

Awesome podcast! I have a degree in Exercise Science and am almost done with Physical Therapy school. So many complex concepts put into terms that anyone can understand. I’ve been an athlete all my life but have struggled to be at the bodyweight I want to be and improve muscle mass. Thanks guys for making it easy to implement. I’ve seen some changes on the scale and in pictures, and just like they say in the podcast “it really is that easy”. Protein and calories. Who would have thought!

Amazing!

I’m loving peanut butter jelly time! Lots of great information! Episode 20 was my favorite so far just because it covers a topic not usually discussed, like communication to family, s/o, spouses etc and I loved the way you guys explained it!
