I learn so much!
Y’all are awesome! I listen to y’all while I work out so I can learn while getting swole! 💪🏼 y’all asked for topic ideas and this one is out there, but I feel like comparing a bodybuilding diet to a weight loss/gain diet would be helpful for people who look up to bodybuilders to understand that they shouldn’t necessarily be doing what the bodybuilder is doing! Just a thought after seeing this over and over again!
