    Xiao Xiao Tong discusses an AJR article that found interreader agreement assessed among ten radiologists was substantial both for the Society of Radiologists in Ultrasound risk category assignment and for the surgical consultation recommendations. In particular, the variability was less relevant in the recommendation for surgical consultation and in assigning the indeterminate risk category.

    Adrenal-protocol CT is commonly performed as part of the diagnostic workup of adrenal nodules, in order to distinguish adrenal adenomas from tumors. However, there has been limited evaluation of its efficacy in heterogeneous nodules. Sid Dogra, MD discusses a recent multi-institutional study evaluating different methods of ROI placement and show that adrenal-protocol CT generally has poor diagnostic performance in distinguishing adrenal adenomas and non-adenomas in heterogeneous nodules.

I love AJR

AJR honestly kinda saved my life. The very song I ever heard was ‘Weak’ and I feel in love instantly. They’re songs have so much meaning to me and I relate to almost everyone of their songs.
