Top Pro Bicycling Podcast for the Fan!!

I am new to following pro bicycling and this is the first year I'm following the Tour de France daily. But this is the perfect podcast for both newbies and experienced folks alike. Ryland and Emily know their stuff but they also keep this very accessible to all. Their love for the sport and enthusiasm is infectious. Emily's personality is completely charming and Ryland keeps everything grounded. The keys to successful podcasting are knowledge and insight on the topic, the abilty to articulate these insights, and most importantly, chemistry with the listening audience and with each other. This podcast excels in all three areas. Please keep it coming!!

Great podcast, even if you don’t follow cycling!

I can’t say that I follow competitive bicycling much at all, besides watching bits and pieces of the Tour de France. However, Ryland and Emily are extremely fun and captivating to listen to and their podcast has opened my eyes to the way wide world of bicycle racing. They have just enough basic info for a noob to follow along yet they also have a lot of deeper analysis and reporting that makes it seem to me to not be watered down either. I highly recommend it!

PeloTonofFun is that, and then some

I cannot claim to be an avid cycling fan, but the infectious enthusiasm of PeloTonOfFun Podcast hosts Ryland Aldrich and Emily Lu Aldrich is irresistible. From their adventures at the Tour de France to the Giro d’Italia, they describe the sport in compelling terms that an outsider like me can understand while providing the kind of excitement normally reserved for the track. I also greatly enjoy their occasional detours - a recent episode dedicated to one such digression about team names and sponsors of the 22 teams in the Tour de France more than lived up to the show’s title. Short enough to be enjoyed in snack-sized bites, it’s become incredibly addictive.
