The current HOKA pro and Portland resident shares about her early life and getting into the sport. She then elaborates on what it takes to move while maintaining continuity in training, balancing academics and running while at Oklahoma State, how she’s grown as an athlete across her career, and so much more.

Since 2022, Johnson has won a USATF 1500m title, placed sixth and 13th at the World Outdoor Championships, just missed out on making the 2024 Olympic team, and set the American mile record just last year, running 4:16.32.
