People are wired differently. They all learn in different ways and respond to different things. While some are motivated by fun and exciting things, others want to know details and facts before they commit to something. For us to have success in motivating our church to respond – whether to an event, to a service, or to the Gospel – we have to recognize everyone learns in different ways and then adapt our communications styles to those different learning styles.
