Helped me fight stress
Adam is awesome with his stress related tactics- as a stressed out business owner, this is a MUST LISTEN
Great Insight
Adam gives a simple breakdown of stress related items. He hits on things that we may not think of and puts little items into perspective. He talks about picking roads that may not immediately make sense. I also appreciated he podcasts on how sleep affects you directly. Appreciate your insights and the short bursts are perfect.
