    This episode we talk about abuse and how it can affect MK's, how to spot it and what to do. Lifeline - if you or someone you know is feeling suicidal lifeline are experts in helping you with that call on 13 11 14 or web https://www.lifeline.org.au for 24/7 anonymous support  1800RESPECT - are a support organisation for people suffering abuse they offer 24/7 support on 1800737732 or https://www.1800respect.org.au and also have a huge amount of great resources for all kinds of people. They also run Daisy - an app to help you find local services in your area to help abuse victims, including short term accommodation and long term stuff too, search daisy on the app store or google play Headspace - are a free counselling service for people under 25, they have a bunch of physical locations and online resources find them at https://headspace.org.au FACS - Family And Community Services is the government body responsible for abuse in New South Wales they're on https://www.facs.nsw.gov.au they have a bunch of good resource's including; The child protection hotline - 132111 is open 24/7 to report abuse against children and young people, including you or your friends https://www.facs.nsw.gov.au/families/Protecting-kids/reporting-child-at-risk/harm-and-neglect/chapters/signs-of-abuse - is a helpful list of signs of abuse however the mandatory reporting guide they created that Joel mentions in this episode is no longer available to the public, they recommend you use the above link to help look for signs of abuse and report on 132111 instead
