D&D Eberron (Episode 2)- Pinrod the Nimrod

D&D Eberron (Episode 2)- Pinrod the Nimrod

We are finally back after a long hiatus! We moved to a new location in January and have been searching high and low for the perfect, dedicated group of role-players to have on our show, and we've finally corralled them all together for a campaign set in the classic D&D setting, Eberron. Eberron was originally released as a 3.5 D&D and setting back in the early 2000's, but it has gotten a new life in the 5th edition rules setting with the release of the Wayfarer's Guide to Eberron.

Trudvang Chronicles- Wildheart (Episode 5- Finale- Riddle Me This...)

The adventure Wildheart is the story of an enchanted forest that was once good, but got the taste of dragon blood and became dark and evil. Anyone can enter the forest, but no one leaves without paying a great tribute. It is a tale about old forgotten places, mysterious encounters, trolls and lindwurms – not to mention the first encounter with the great frost giant Blodughadda!

    Gamemaster- Kerry Cutsforth

    Players:
Sigrid Belland played by Kristy Cutsforth
Merida Renouf played by Amanda Heron
Skuld Stenberg played by Chris Heron

From the website: " Trudvang Chronicles is an award-winning fantasy roleplaying game based on the mysterious and dark Nordic and Celtic sagas and myths. Enter a world of enchanted forests, trolls, dragons, spirits of nature, heroes and adventures. Trudvang is both grim and dark, epic and yet down to earth, with a melancholic tone of an ancient age when nature was a living creature and magic was wild and strong. Above all, Trudvang is a saga.

Twin Cities by Night ,

Great VtM game!

In the old school first edition setting!

Charming

I don't normally listen to RPG actual play. Because I find them long, tedious and boring. So when it was recommended to me because of Bubblegumshoe content, I was very skeptical. Ironically, instead of starting with the Bubblegumshoe content, I started with the Indie RPG Spotlight: Night Mirror instead. The episode wasn't too long (1.5 hours), yet does a very good job conveying the spirit of the game. I eagerly wait for part 2.

The host is super nice above and beyond the call of duty. The said episode doesn't work in iTunes or any other podcast app I use because she re-uploaded it. It seems the RSS entry still points to the old file that was replaced. After trying on and off for a day, I reached out to the host on twitter. She actually offered to email me the episode!
