Sarah has struggled with depression after graduating college and working through struggles finding a job, maintaining a long distance relationship, and early childhood trauma. Hear how she moved through her dark times, including very active and dangerous suicide ideation, through the use of self-monitoring, counseling, tattoos, and ongoing support from family and friends. Hear how she started the conversation with her provider about going off medication.
