Great podcast

Excellent insightful information! Keep it coming. Thank you for the podcast!

The content is okay, but...

If you’re going to be an “expert” guest on a podcast about MBTI, you need to get the language right. The preference (E/I, N/S, F/T, J/P) are not functions (Ne, Ni, Se, Si, Fe, Fi, Te, Ti). There are specific words that have specific meanings in Myers-Briggs. The language is enough for someone new to MBTI to learn without mixing the terms up. 🙄

Practical and impactful!

I’ve known my MBTI type for many years, and I understand well how that plays into my personal life, but have never figured out how this drives and impacts my professional life. This podcast is super practical and helpful in translating my strengths and preferences into the workplace. Appreciate what you’re doing here, keep it coming!!
