Not great
How do you review a book you haven’t read entirely? Two of these people didn’t even finish reading the Phantom of the Opera but they’re commenting on the book (and digressing way too much) as if they fully understand the plot. The male podcaster is WAY too obnoxious and goes off on these “jokes” that aren’t funny. He just takes it further and further from topic. The main podcaster seems to know what she’s talking about but let’s the others go off randomly in conversations (west Texas tap water, mr. whiskers). Bummer. Was really hoping to keep listening.
Not Bad
This podcast isn’t bad and frankly it’s one of the only ones I’ve found covering this subject matter so thoroughly.
Yes one of the pair seems a little ... challenged in his humor/maturity but most of the time he’s like an awkward friend that you keep around cause he’s endearing.
