We sat down to watch the TWO best episodes of Ahsoka: “Fallen Jedi” and “Shadow Warrior”! Ahsoka and crew find themselves on the edge of a cliff and at the edge of the galaxy - literally. This show absolutely takes off in these episodes! In this episode we talk about how EXTRA these characters are. Babylon Skull is a total Daddy Bear and we love him for it. We discuss the episodes as well as “streaming” as a new medium of storytelling and if we’ve got it totally figured out. Ahsoka Episode 3 “Time to Fly” is here and we’re rewatching it! We’re three episodes into our rewatch of the Disney Plus Star Wars show Ahsoka. It’s got us thinking…should these Star Wars Television shows be binged or watched week to week? We need to talk about Ashoka’s treatment of Huyang…dude deserves more respect from Snips! Also, what about Ai in real life is it a good thing? Then we need to get into Mon Mothma’s bad hair. Do we want more politics in Star Wars and has there really been anything visually iconic since Disney took over Star Wars? It’s time to listen to your two favorite gays dish on all things in our galaxy far, far away…let’s DRINK UP!

Ahsoka 1x2 Review: Star Wars' P*ssy Power! 🐱
Ahsoka Episode 2 “Toil & Trouble” is a powerhouse of an episode in no short part to director Steph Green - can she just have Star Wars now? Now, that’s not what this episode title is referring to but between her and Bryce Dallas Howard maybe it should? Today we sit back for our rewatch of Ahsoka in the second episode of her solo series. We reflect on just how stupid social media can be in its critiques of media before said media is even released, in this case…Sabine’s long hair. Thanks a lot internet…we got stuck with old lady hair! We discuss important issues like what her short hair could have been, the importance of age/wisdom in a mentor and, why can’t we just get more night-sisters! This episode isn’t safe for your kids ears…that’s probably implied in the title though!

Ahsoka 1x1 Review: Is Disney Looking at Netlfix's Live-Action Anime Remakes for Inspiration?
Today we are talking about “Master and Apprentice” Episode 1 of The Ahsoka Series. The solo series in either live action or animation for one of the most popular characters in all of the Star Wars franchise! Ahsoka has been a beloved character for nearly two decades but she’s just now coming into her own among the casual fan base. How did the first episode of this show hold up if you’ve never seen Star Wars Rebels and have no idea who Grand Admiral Thrawn or Sabine Wren is? What in the world is up with Hera Syndulla’s red lip?
We discuss all of this plus - is Star Wars taking inspiration from Netflix? Is it taking the best from the streaming service or is it taking the worst of Netflix’s live action anime series?

It is not just a podcast, it’s a community - A Proud Steam Queen
I became aware of Pink Milk shortly after it started. I listened here and there. Tom and Bryan were a great couple to listen to during their Husband and Husband episodes, telling very real, honest stories about being a same sex couple and raising a family in an America that is not always so welcoming to people that are different. They are always upbeat and positive and are sure to make you laugh. About a year and a half ago Bryan invited me to watch the livestream of the After Dark show. It was the greatest thing I have done in years. The After Dark show is a BLAST; Em, Chase, and Mark have great insights into being a part of the LGBTQ community as well as being passionate Star Wars fans. I have made so many friends since I have started joining the chat room during the live shows. The chat room call ourselves “Steam Queens” and are a tight group always welcoming to new members. They are my found family. I chat with many of them throughout the week or even daily. If you have loved Star Wars for 40 years or 40 minutes, this is the show to check out. You will get a vast variety of perspectives about life, fandom, being Queer, or even the fun pew pew pews of Star Wars. You will laugh, you may cry, but you will welcome and have a great time along the way. May the Force be with us all, Steam Queens! DRINK UP!!!
