Such good info!

I started investigating trauma and attachment for foster care, and have ended up learning so much about myself. This podcast is super helpful!

High marks

The information in this podcast has been of immense benefit to me. I have just started to understand my family of origin issues over the last few years, and this podcast has encouraged me to go deeper, though I recognize it won't be easy. This is vital information and extremely well done.

Truth and freedom

I’ve listened to every episode of this podcast (several more than once). Adam Young's insight has helped me understand decades of difficulty with my family. I’ve been to at least 15 different therapists and counselors over the past 20 years, but none of them has been able to accurately name my spiritual reality the way Adam does. The truth really does set us free. Blessings and gratitude!
