#47 PRESENTING "A GREATER GIFT OF LOVE"

#47 PRESENTING "A GREATER GIFT OF LOVE"

In this podcast Javier presents his newest book, "A Greater Gift of Love", just released this week and available through Amazon in paper, eBook, and Audible formats.

This is a collection of mystical poems and humorous, irreverent, and insightful tales about the challenges and rewards of a spiritual life that is not intended as an escape from the world but as a way of embracing more fully the human experience. Ultimately, they are about the joy of coming home to oneself.

The initial idea of “A Gift of Love,” published by Lifestyle Entrepreneurs Press in 2019, came to me in the long hours of inevitable wakefulness after drinking a healthy dose of San Pedro medicine in November of 2018. By dawn I had all the contents: a handful already written and many others just in my head. This new volume, “A Greater Gift of Love,” includes those original writings from “A Gift of Love” plus many more texts written in June and July of 2019 after a shamanic dieta with the Toé plant, Brugmansia Suaveolens, in the Amazon jungle and again in the first weeks of the Coronavirus pandemic in March and April of 2020.
This is truly a gift of love from the author
as well as everybody involved in this project. It is also a gift of love from all the energies whose wisdom has inspired many of these writings.

A rare treasure trove of teachings on the plant medicine way

It is incredibly rare for a plant medicine master to share so fully about his relationship and learnings from plant medicine. If you are pursuing a relationship with master plants then through this podcast you have found an incredibly generous teacher who’s only desire is your well being.

Gratitude

Javier is who guided me through my very first ayahuasca ceremony almost a decade ago. The wisdom he shared with me then before, during, and after ceremony continue to help me on my healing journey to this very day. Much of what I learned then has spiraled out into a much deeper integration than I could have conceived in the early days of this process. It is beautiful to see his offerings of knowledge, experiences and wisdom now in podcast form for many to learn from.

As one soul among the many for whom you have been a guide, thank you.

Wonderful Podcast- So Many Pearls of Wisdom

Javier is conscious and mindful about describing his experience and of working with and guiding others through plant medicine healing. What really separates this podcast from others like it is that he is aware of the relationship between peak states of consciousness and the great importance of integration into practical reality. What he shares is grounded and has illuminated for me many personal insights.

I appreciated the honesty about how a large majority of curanderos are sexually taking advantage of clients. He also explained that the healers themselves (including himself) are not immune to the way in which people put them on a pedestal, that everyone is fallible and has blind spots.

I would highly recommend this podcast if you are interested in healing and remembering who and what you are. He has knowledge from many systems besides shamanism and I think that really helps the listener to understand in a multidimensional way. One way I can tell that this is authentic is the WAY in which he is saying what he is saying. Everything he covers is very helpful but his tone of voice is full of compassion and raw understanding.
