Look forward to each new episode

Always informative, usually with some fun sprinkled in, occasionally mind-blowing (the episode with Zach Bush was particularly pensive). Have shared several episodes with the hubby on road trips. Love listening to Simon!

Simon is a true ambassador of the plant based lifestyle

Non judgmental, and evidence based. Simon does a great job on presenting convincing arguments for a meat free lifestyle... listen to a couple episodes and get hooked!

Great information and conversations

I’ve enjoyed the evolution of this show and it’s improved with time. Simon has deep conversations with leading researchers and others in the health and wellness realm. I particularly like the addition of the short nutrition segments before or after the conversations. It’s a nice counter to the misinformation promoted by fad diets and popular media. The podcast has been enriched by Simon’s nutrition studies as well as by his curiosity, kindness, and openness to exploring new ideas. Thank you!
