Very well done!

This podcast is informative and helpful. The hosts, Shoshana and Adam, are compassionate and engaging with their guests and audience. I consider myself well-informed yet I learned more about the influence of the mainstream commercial dairy on shaping our society, regardless of its detrimental effects both to human and animal health. Overall, the podcast is easy and enjoyable to follow.

This podcast is overall amazing! It’s fun, interesting, helpful and informative. It’s or nutrition or fitness which are very important topics. Adam & Shoshana are very nice people and they will guide you to live your life at it’s fullest! They also have a website (planttrainers.com) which can provide other things, too! Most podcasts have a guest which they interview to find out new things about nutrition and fitness. I would recommend this podcast no doubt! You won’t regret it, take a try🙂
