Tom Merrick, better known as the Bodyweight Warrior, will give tips on how to perfect your at home workout. Dave will also share his prediction for who will be Joe Biden’s VP pick and what he thinks he’ll miss out on in August (more violence). In September, Dave will come back on the grid live as a special guest host tells him all the news he's missed from the last month.
