Reclaiming Pleasure as Medicine // Miriam Elyse // Ep. 117

Allowing ourselves to receive, not indulge in, more pleasure is the pathway to healing in life. In this episode, with our guest Miriam Elyse (www.miriamelyse.com), Licensed Acupuncturist, Sacred Tantra Coach and founder of Pleasure as Medicine, we dive into the ways in which so many of us as women have been conditioned to not express ourselves fully, particularly our sensual and erotic nature. Miriam shares how she has liberated herself from the patterns of playing small, her responses to trauma, and how we can all find permission in our own embodiment and way of being. She talks about healing the epidemic of the undernourished woman.

Honoring Thresholds + Prayers for the New Year // Luna Love // Ep. 116

Inspired by the New Year your host Luna Love is here to honor this threshold, a time of completion and new beginnings. And in this time we can reflect on what has transpired this year to get us where we stand today and how it has shaped us to step forward into the new year with greater awareness, sense of self, and purposefulness. It is important to mention that no matter when you tune in, this will be applicable to your life as the new beginning can begin whenever we wish, it doesn’t have to be January 1st. We get to decide. We get to prepare, postpone, or pretend. To check out all things Radical Remembrance head on over to www.lunaloveleadership.com/podcast for all the show notes, links, and more goodies.

Beautiful & Raw

This podcast has become a constant in my library. It gives me a surge of empowerment and wonder by challenging my thoughts, offering a place to explore my curiosity, and providing me with a wide spectrum of perspectives on what it truly means to be human. Each conversation holds a unique and visceral beauty and I highly recommend this to any woman looking for a dose of inspiration.

Deep conversations and exactly what I need to hear!

I have two little ones and it’s hard to meditate, yoga or read anything lately. My mornings are busy but this podcast is my dose of adult talk that keeps me sane and sets the tone for the day ahead. I put my beats headphones on as I prepare breakfast for the whole family while the babies run around. It takes me 2-3 days to finish one episode as my time is limited but oh how those 30 minutes daily I get to feel inspired from Luna makes a big difference. Huge difference! Deep conversations about everything that you really don’t want to bring up during to the dinner table like Luna says but we all need to talk about it. I feel we all need this as it’s helping me tremendously in my spiritual journey. It’s helping me grow and understand myself better and better. It brings up questions I didn’t even know it was there deep inside therefore more work to do. More inner work, more shadow work. It’s all so important for all evolution.
Thank you so much Luna! Thank you for your vulnerability and light! I appreciate you!
