Obviously, we had some thoughts on Tiger Fitness' aggressive statements. Intermittent fasting is not an end all be all that will work perfectly for everyone, but the body of evidence supporting the positive outcomes of fasting is extensive. We break down why intermittent fasting is NOT a hoax.
