MOMS #63: More Needed Than Blades Miracles for Play-offs My Old Man Said - An Aston Villa Podcast

    • Football

It'll take more than a mad last eight minute miracle to provide a spark to revive Aston Villa's flagging play-off hopes after an away defeat against Brentford made it two win in Dean Smith's last 12 games in charge. We look at Smith's transfer window and all the other business connected to Villa - from Mings' stamp to Villa's failure to deliver in recent weeks.
As well as the Villa discussion, analysis and laughs, we look back at the big news in recent weeks, including the sad news at Cardiff City, the 'Monaco Syndrome' and the Notts County chairman's dick pic scandal.
Also in the episode is an exclusive competition to win two VIP tickets to Villa Park for the Middlesbrough game on the 16th March.
The 'Where Were You, When We Were Good?' section goes back to the FA Cup 6th round in 2010, when Villa in the Premier League under Martin O'Neill, were one game away from Wembley, but found themselves 2-0 down at half-time away to Championship Reading.
Enjoy!
