If You Want to Improve...‪.‬ It's Work Podcast

One of my favorite movies of all time is Serendipity, with John Cusack and Kate Beckinsale.  In the movie, Jeremy Piven (Cusack's best friend) quote the greek philosopher Epictetus.  The quote he states is "If you want to improve, be content to be thought foolish and stupid."  There is so much truth to this statement and its profoundness has become more apparent lately.
