His TED Talk and Dare to Lead interview with Brené Brown have captured the imagination of millions. He is the author of red helicopter (HarperOne; April 9, 2024).

John and Vanessa is a great combo

I love the both of you In totally different ways!! I could write a book on the complexity of your awesome relationship advice and how it has been a breath of fresh air to me! My only constructive criticism is to slow down your talking! Ha, ha! I know you both have so much info inside of you but it often comes off as aggressive and makes listening a bit difficult.

Otherwise love the podcast!
Still 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Interrupts

Hard to listen when there is consistent interrupting of the guests.

Not a fan of therapy sessions

Not loving the therapy sessions. Seems like trying to replicate Esther Perel’s sessions on her podcast. Getting to far away from angry therapist “therapy in a shot glass” that we all love. These therapy sessions are too long without anything to enlightening in them.
