Many Black men face racism on a regular and recurring basis. Only the most heinous acts make it to our TV and cellphone screens. Though one victim of micro-aggression may not sense a racist slight, another individual may experience symptoms commensurate with PTSD or PTSS.

If you are White, you may want to reconsider how you talk to Black people about traumatic events playing out today and ask yourself why you want to invite them to to discuss their pain with you.
