John is also President of The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming™ for Richard Bandler and manages the many trainers who have institutes around the world.

Since the late 80's, John has also been instrumental with Richard Bandler in continuing the developments of Design Human Engineering®, Neuro-Hypnotic Repatterning®, and Persuasion Engineering®, all of which are other human development technologies that provide more options for people to have better lives.
John is best known for his innate ability to take complex issues and make them more manageable and easy to solve, and has also used his skills to help organizations develop high performance work teams easily and quickly.
