Welcome to the first of our new series of special episodes, Hopcast Stories – where we go under the surface of the beer scene to hear the amazing tales of the people within in.
Our first Hopcast Story comes from Martha and Dann, who travelled the East coast of the United States, half of Europe and the entire UK before picking the perfect place for their new brewery…. on an industrial estate in Attercliffe, Sheffield.
We hear their incredible journey from Dann’s first brewery job in the early 90s right through to the opening of their tap room in the last few weeks – including the set-backs and challenges along the way, how they picked up the name for their business after another failed viewing, and the couple’s hopes and dreams for the future.
