Between raising kids, challenging men, and bringing fresh water and the Gospel to the country of Liberia, Todd Phillips decided to live on a barge till the Last Well raised enough resources to finish. Garnering support from volunteers to accomplish something larger than yourself isn't a small task and is reserved for those that have a unique focus like Todd. At the time of this recording, he was 20 days into living on a barge to raise the last influx of money needed to build and construct clean drinking water to the entire country of Liberia, incredibly powerful testimony.
