Most people know Jason Suttie from his martial arts background being a former heavyweight kickboxer and 6-times Muay Thai World champion but in this episode of Please Blow My Mind, we meet the side of Jason that has gone deep within to unlock the power sitting inside each of us.



That power: breathing and cold therapy through the portal of Wim Hof.



Wim Hof came to international recognition when he appeared on Joe Rogan’s podcast talking about his breathing techniques that he developed and have been scientifically shown to boost the immune system by unlocking what is deep within us, the breath.



Jason shares his story about travelling to Amsterdam to train with the Iceman, Wim Hof, himself and how his new fight is regular ice baths and unleashing the power from the inside, out.
