The Star Wars Stories
Topic 1: Star Wars Resistance is a little bit under two months away and we still have next to nothing on the show other than a synopsis and some blurry pictures. On top of that it was “rediscovered” on social media this past week that Dave Filoni isn’t the show runner on the brand new animated Star Wars series. Does that worry us and will it affect the show as a whole?
Topic 2: Mark Hamill was just announced for the History Channel medieval drama Knightfall, where we will be playing a worn down warrior monk named Luke….. excuse me Talus. The shooting of the show will be taking place around the same time as filming for IX and may overlap. Does this suggest Luke’s involvement in IX will be minimal?
Topic 3: We dive into what a post Skywalker Saga looks like. What stories do we want told? What time period? What characters? Everything we want to see happen in a galaxy far,far away after Rey’s lightsaber powers down at the end of IX. Should they continue the “Star Wars Stories” or get away from that? Bill and Trey give their thoughts and hopes for the series.
