As you can tell by all the acronyms after Sam’s name, she is a highly experienced nutritionist who works in North London. Sam’s husband was diagnosed with MS in 2002, and has been doing quite well following the Overcoming MS (OMS) 7-Step Recovery Program. Since diet is such a key pillar of the OMS approach, Sam has become an expert in how to integrate the OMS diet dos and don’ts into one’s daily routine.
