Panel Discussion - Food in the time of Covid19 Greater Than 11%

    • Careers

Film and ice-cream pairing, Too Hot To Handle and some world class empathetic entrepreneurialism which no management course could have taught. This episode is jam-packed with goodies. In responses to our recent instagram poll, 85% of contributors said their relationship with food and cooking had changed over the last few weeks, we wanted to explore this topic and recorded Food in a Time of Covid.

We are joined by two absolute delights:

💃 🥑 Kate Frobisher Founder of Urban Pantry and (the best brunch place in London according to Crystal) and Code Hospitality 30 Under 30

👱‍♀️🍦Gini Sharvill, Global Marketing Manager at Haagen Dazs, Marketing Academy Scholar and WACL Future Leaders Award winner.

The panel discuss how lockdown has influenced (or hasn't) their; creativity in the kitchen, relationship with food on a personal level and impacted the industries they work in. Kate describes the impact of Covid19 as a small business owner and Gini shares managing the changes to communications and campaigns for a global brand Häagen-Dazs.

As ever, we have a good old laugh and candid conversations from the highs of DIY Michelin star restaurants to daily shame cycles surrounding food.
