Discussion w/ Martin Brookes, President of the NTCA ep. #172 Tile Money

As the owner of a prestigious multi-award-winning tile contractor business, (Heritage Marble & Tile) & the current president of the NTCA, I wanted to interview Martin with the hopes of shedding some light on the path he took to get where he is today. 

He has been volunteering within the NTCA for the last 20+ years and he credits this to being a large part of his success as a small tile contractor with less than 10 employees. 

A lot of my peers (and myself) have been curious as to the inner workings of the NTCA, so here in this episode, Martin sheds some light on the path to being president!
