Syn Martinez joins us today to discuss his journey from a black militant to an owner of a crossfit box in Harlem. Syn is one of the first black owners of a crossfit gym in the United States, he managed to build a community of crossfitters in Harlem, New York.
Today, he gives personal insight to the racism within the crossfit community and shares his personal thoughts about the CEO of Crossfit Greg Glassman racist tweets, that has led to Gred stepping down from the organization
Syn is an entrepreneur by heart and like it or not, his message is always loud and proud. He is either going to piss you off or he might just light a fire under your ass!.
