106: Yoga, Running, Personal Growth and Being “Sorta Spiritual” with Cameron Frize Balance Your Life

    • Alternative Health

This week on Balance Your Life Podcast I am joined by Cam Frize. Cam is a yoga teacher with Modo Yoga, a runner, soccer and hockey player, and all around amazing and inspiring guy. On this episode we talk about being diagnosed with runner’s arthritis at 27 years old, using yoga after a knee injury to help speed up his recovery process, how yoga has changed his perspective and outlook on life to more positivity, as well as improved his athletic ability. We also discuss when he felt ready to take his yoga teacher training, how we can find comfort and solace in walking away from things that stress us out and make us feel negative, what spiritual competition is, and why we need to let it go in the yoga world, plus so much more!
