The age of 65 is considered the "retirement age" and individuals in their younger 20s might still be considered "babies" in the workforce.  The unfortunate thing is both of these types of individuals want to feel valued in the workspace.  What if that 60 year old does not want to retire at 65 or that 20 year old wants to be taken seriously in the workplace?  Should they be judged by the age category they are in?  Are they not capable to add value or take a company to new levels?  Lets talk about ageism.......
