Today on The Kondrat Podcast, I celebrate the 100th episode. I connected with my friend Jim Button who flipped the script and asked me the questions! It was a great opportunity to reflect on why I started my podcast and what my purpose is moving forward. Jim also asks me about my “hard” - damn you Jim for making me think about my feelings!
My purpose for doing the podcast? The same as it was for the first episode - talk to people who inspire me. To be more specific, I have broken my conversations down into three themes - create, inspire, lead.
Create.
These are conversations with entrepreneurs, and artists of all kinds. People who have the courage to take what is inside of their heads and hearts and share it with the world.
Inspire.
These are conversations with people who keep fighting even when it seems hopeless. Jim Button inspires me because of the way he has decided to share his journey with cancer with all of us.
Lead.
These are conversations with people who have the courage to lead. What motivates these people? Are we born leaders - or can we learn to be leaders?
