Two worlds collided this past week and got me thinking about why humans are so caught up in the Shinyness of AI, Falling Off The Economic Cliff, Hybrid Work etc. etc. and I share my thoughts on the relationship between shiny stuff and humans as classic 'Avoidance' experts.
