I talk A LOT about Food Freedom on the show because after my own journey, I've figured out what that looks like for me!  But I had to go on my own journey and cut through all of the lies diet culture has taught me over the years.  So today we're taking Food Freedom a step further and how you can start your own journey to defining food freedom with my expert guest and friend, Dietician--Whitney Stuart.
Whitney is a nutrition expert. She has been in practice as a Clinical dietitian-nutritionist and Certified Diabetic Educator for the past 5 years. Her virtual practice, Whitness Nutrition, educates the masses on evidence-based nutrition concepts with an emphasis on real food for real joy. Her full-service nutrition private practice provides nutritional counseling for women, families, adolescents and athletes over all health, gender and age profiles. Whitney delivers individualized attention to every patient to develop customized programs based on their specific barriers, lifestyle and goals. When she’s not serving, you’ll find her sipping on an iced coffee on a sunny patio or running with her Aussie, Jax.
