Day 2/3 of the HABIT HACKING SERIES, I'm chatting about habit strategy and how habits actually work based on another favorite book of mine, "Tiny Habits" by BJ Fogg.  There is an actual habit loop or process to be mindful of when trying new habits or evaluating any "bad" habits you currently have and how to change those (and make them stick!)
