Time blocking has seriously changed my life, but in all honesty--it really stressed me out at first. Many time management tools do (which is ironic since the #1 challenge I hear in my community is having time and I provide a ton of tips on this!) For me, I don't like to be tied down to a schedule and want/need flexibility. However, having a time blocking or any system that works for you in place will allow you to be productive, and using the tips I'm providing today--will still allow you some fleixibility and room for fun!
