In the Sutra of the Great Extinction of the Dharma Spoken by the Buddha, the Buddha said that there will be an increase in evil as time passes, and Buddhism will soon cease to exist. People would be less compassionate, and it will be eventually hard to find goodhearted people, maybe two or three in every million. Why is that? Why does the world head to such a direction?
How do we know that Arhats exist? Do we see them? How do we know that reincarnation exists?
Buddhism seem to emphasize compassion. Don't love, kindness and awareness need to come before compassion?
