How to Go With The Flow Mixing Up Midlife

Get into the Flow with a Lava Flow Cocktail, which is a bit like a Pina Colada:
4 oz coconut rum
4 oz White rum
10 oz frozen strawberries 
8 oz Pineapple juice
8 oz cream of coconut 
Combine the rums and strawberries in a blender. Blend till smooth
Pour the puree into 2 tall glasses, clean blender then add pinapple juice and cream of coconut to the clean blender. Blend till smooth
Slowly pour the coconut pineapple mix onto the strawberry mix and it will begin to swirl together. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
Best if made with all cold ingredients. Add a frozen banana when blending the coconut creme/pineapple if desired.
